Fall Programs
at Crimson & Clover Farm
The Farm Education Collaborative will be offering the following fall programs at
Crimson & Clover Farm (part of the new Northampton Community Farm) located at
215 Spring Street in Florence, Massachusetts.
Come join us in celebrating the harvest!
1) Parent/Child Small Farm Hands Program for ages 2-5
Saturdays, September 3 to October 22, 9 - 10:30 a.m.
$130 ( for 8 weeks)
Join us for a Saturday morning harvest in the fields as we discover ways to include our children and their play in the work we do. We will prepare and eat snack using our freshly gathered ingredients and then join in a circle of story and song.
2) Home school Harvest Helpers Program for ages 6-9
Mondays, September 12 to October 31, 10 a.m. - 12 noon
$130 (for 8 weeks) Activities will include preparing delicious snacks with garden fresh produce, helping with the harvest in the farm fields, building a new childrenʼs garden, and more. Join us as we integrate curriculum through hands-on farm activities and group work.
3) After school Young Farmers Program for ages 10-14
Wednesdays, September 14 to October 19, 3 - 4:30 p.m.
$100 (for 6 weeks)
We'll explore the farm, fields, and river while assisting the farmers with the fall harvest, animal chores, and more. Each week will begin with preparing and enjoying a farm-fresh snack together.
